Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
Guarantee Policy
To confirm a reservation, the following payment schedule applies:
Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount (including taxes) is required at the time of booking.
Balance Payment
The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Bookings Made Within 30 Days of Arrival
If the reservation is made within 30 days of the arrival date, full prepayment is required at the time of booking.
Reservations are confirmed only once the required payment has been received.
Cancellation and Modification Policy
Cancellation and modification penalties are based on the date written notice is received by Awasi relative to the original arrival date.
The policies below apply to cancellations and modifications that reduce the length of stay.

120 – 61 days prior to arrival : 50% of total reservation amount
60 days or less prior to arrival : 100% of total reservation amount
Patagonia
Shoulder and Peak Season (October – April)

120 – 90 days prior to arrival : 25% of total reservation amount
89 – 61 days prior to arrival : 50% of total reservation amount
60 days or less prior to arrival : 100% of total reservation amount
Peak Season
Atacama: November – February
Iguazú: December 18 – February 28
Santa Catarina & Mendoza: November – March
Notice Period & Penalty
45 days or more prior to arrival : Full refund
44 – 31 days prior to arrival : 50% of total reservation amount
30 days or less prior to arrival : 100% of total reservation amount
Shoulder and Off-Peak Season
Atacama: March – October
Iguazú: March – December 17
Santa Catarina & Mendoza: April – October
Notice Period & Penalty
31 days or more prior to arrival : Full refund
30 – 16 days prior to arrival : 50% of total reservation amount
15 days or less prior to arrival : 100% of total reservation amount
Modification of Reservations
Reservation modifications, including changes to dates or length of stay, are subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation and new booking if outside the permitted modification period.
No-Shows and Early Departures
Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date or who depart earlier than the confirmed departure date will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.
Force Majeure
Awasi shall not be liable for failure to fulfill reservations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, travel disruptions, epidemics, or other force majeure events.
Travel Insurance
Awasi strongly recommends that guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, and travel delays.
